Session Planning

I believe in empowering my clients in taking control of their massage sessions. A big emphasis is placed on communication before, during, and after the massage session. Given the wide variety of modalities I now provide, I'm now approaching session planning as kind of a Choose Your Own Adventure to enable clients to make more informed decisions as to the process and outcomes from their time with me.
